We invest in four broad categories that are driving the evolution of the real estate industry: PropTech, InsurTech, Mobility& Automation, and Travel & Hospitality The Investment Strategy pertains to both Direct Investments as well as Fund Investments.

If you can make a compelling case as to why your company or fund impacts real estate — we want to hear your story. We are open to investments in companies and funds that may not fit neatly into our four core categories. What matters most is a clear, thoughtful perspective on how your innovation shapes the future of the built environment.

The Strategy

We invest in four broad categories that are driving the evolution of the real estate industry. The Hixon Family maintains an active development portfolio across a diverse spectrum of real estate assets. Given the breadth of our holdings, we apply a much broader lens than most real estate venture funds — constantly seeking to expand our knowledge and identify transformative opportunities at the intersection of technology and the built environment.
